terms of service
The purchase of our services implies the acceptance of these terms.
1. What our Travel Planning Service includes
Our service consists of designing a custom travel itinerary, tailored to each user, based on the information provided through the “Let’s Plan Your Trip” form: preferred destinations, travel dates, and suggested budget.
2. What the user receives
Within 5 business days after payment is confirmed, the user will receive access to an exclusive password-protected website, where they will find a personalized daily travel plan, including:
Recommended accommodations in each city, with prices
Suggested transportation (air / land / sea, depending on the case) and prices to connect destinations
Points of interest in each destination
All information will be georeferenced and include direct links to make reservations (accommodation, tickets, transport, etc.)
3. Delivery of the first draft
Once the website is delivered, a meeting will be scheduled (maximum 5 calendar days after delivery). During this time, the user can review the proposal and send corrections related to the itinerary, destinations, means of transport, or accommodations.
4. Revisions
After the meeting, Vrn-e Travel Planners will have a maximum of 3 business days to apply the requested modifications and update the website accordingly.
Please note that prices and availability of accommodations, transportation, or entrance tickets may change, as they are based on live rates from airlines, hotels, trains, etc.
5. Booking process
The user has 1 week to make reservations for transportation, accommodation, and tickets. If prices or availability change during this week, we will look for new alternatives.
However, after this period, Vrn-e Travel Planners may charge a supplementary fee depending on the number and scope of the necessary updates. This fee will vary according to the length of the trip and complexity of the changes.
6. Access to the Travel Plan
The planning fee includes access to the personal travel website during the duration of the trip. Once the trip ends, the website will be deactivated.
7. Travel Support
The planning service includes virtual assistance via WhatsApp to resolve urgent doubts or issues during the trip.
8. Responsibility of Vrn-e
It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to have valid documentation required for entry into each destination country (visas, permits, passports, etc.).
Vrn-e Travel Planners is responsible only for the creation of the itinerary and the search for accommodations and transport options.
We are not liable for incidents such as accidents, strikes, riots, natural disasters, weather events, political unrest, denied entry, health emergencies, or any other force majeure events during the trip. However, we will provide virtual assistance should any unforeseen situation occur.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Once the trip plan has been delivered, no refunds will be issued. Only structural changes, as described in section 4, will be included.
10. Special Guarantee (Force Majeure)
We offer a special guarantee in case of demonstrable force majeure. If the client is unable to travel due to unexpected and justified circumstances:
No refunds will be issued.
We commit to replanning the same trip (same destinations) at no additional cost.
If the client wishes to plan a different trip, a new planning fee will apply.
This guarantee is valid for 1 year from the date of cancellation.
