How does the custom trip planning process with Vrn-e Travel Planners work?

It’s very simple:

  • Contact us: Tell us the kind of trip you want (destination, number of people, travel dates, interests, preferences, and budget).
  • We send you a payment link: The price varies depending on the number of travelers and the trip duration.
  • Personalized plan: Within 3 business days, you’ll receive a detailed itinerary with accommodation options, activities, ticket prices, and direct booking links.
  • Review and adjustments: You have 1 week to review and modify the itinerary as you like. Once the final version is approved, any further changes will incur an additional fee.
  • Accommodation and transport booking: We recommend making bookings within 2 weeks, as prices fluctuate. After that, if we need to search for accommodation or transportation again, there will be an extra charge.
  • Cloud access: Once bookings are confirmed, you can upload all confirmations to your private cloud folder. We’ll update the planning to keep everything in one place.
  • Support during your trip: We’re available to help you with emergencies or unexpected issues during your trip, such as flight changes or documentation problems.
How much does trip planning cost?

The cost depends on the number of travelers and the duration of the trip. We’ll send you a link with the exact amount before we start the process.

Why does Vrn-e require advance payment?

We ask for payment in advance because once we deliver the first plan, we’ve already done all the research: we find the best transportation, accommodations, tickets, and create a full budget. You’ll receive all the necessary links and details to book your trip yourself, but our time and effort have value. By paying in advance, we ensure mutual commitment to the process.

Do you only organize trips to Europe or also to other continents?

There are no limits when it comes to travel planning. We create itineraries for any destination in the world with the same care and attention we would use for our own trip. Europe, the Americas, Asia—wherever you want to go!

How does Vrn-e ensure the plan matches my tastes and needs?

Every detail is customized based on the information you provide. If you have specific interests (museums, nature, food, sports, etc.), we incorporate them into the plan.

How long do I have to make changes to the travel plan?

The first stage of planning allows you to make adjustments freely. Once you and your travel companions approve the final version and we move on to bookings, changes involving new dates, flights/trains, or accommodations can still be made, but they will incur an additional fee.

Are there hidden fees or surprises in Vrn-e’s services?

No. We charge only for our advisory, planning, and support service, and you receive a clear budget from the start. Since you make your own bookings, you’re in full control of costs.

Does Vrn-e charge commissions?

No extra commissions. Our only fee is for advisory, planning, and travel support, which varies based on the number of people and trip duration. You make all bookings directly, and we give you everything you need—options, prices, and links—to do so confidently.

No refunds are issued once the planning has been delivered. Our service involves detailed research, route planning, and customized details. By the time we deliver your travel plan, a large portion of our work has been completed.

What happens if I have to cancel my trip?

We understand life happens. In cases of force majeure with proof, while we don’t offer refunds, we’ll redo your bookings (flights, accommodations, transport) at no extra cost if you resume the same trip later. If you choose a new destination, a new planning service will apply. This guarantee is valid for 1 year from the cancellation date.
