Travel Itinerary

Day 1 - November 1st: Arrival in Helsinki

  • Accommodation in double rooms (with one or two beds) and private bathroom in a 4-star hotel.

Our first stop welcomes us in style: a superior-category hotel perfectly located in the heart of Helsinki, with easy access to everything worth seeing and feeling in the Finnish capital.

The hotel combines Nordic design with comfort and offers breakfasts with panoramic views over the city.

An ideal place to unwind after the journey, stretch your legs, and start savoring the Scandinavian essence from the very first minute.

  • Private Walking City Tour of Helsinki

On this guided walking tour, we’ll dive into the soul of Helsinki, where modern design meets Nordic history.

We’ll begin our walk by the harbor, surrounded by the fresh breeze of the Baltic Sea and the colorful views of the city’s historic buildings. We’ll wander through streets full of innovative architecture and corners steeped in cultural heritage, such as the majestic Helsinki Cathedral and the vibrant Senate Square.

Throughout the tour, we’ll uncover the stories that shaped this unique city—from its foundation to its rise as the Design Capital of the North. We’ll also visit the charming Esplanadi Park, the perfect spot to feel the city’s pulse, and enjoy the calm of its museums and shops.

This city tour is not just sightseeing; it’s an immersion into the spirit of Helsinki—a city that will capture your heart with its mix of elegance and simplicity, tradition and innovation.

Day 2 - November 2nd: Helsinki - Tallin

Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, is one of the best-preserved medieval cities in Europe. Its Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, looks straight out of a fairytale — cobblestone streets, ancient walls, towers, and red rooftops dominating the skyline.

Among its highlights are the Town Hall Square, with its lively market and cozy cafés, Toompea Hill with its spectacular views over the city, and the medieval walls that still embrace much of the historic center.

Tallinn perfectly blends its Hanseatic past with a vibrant modern atmosphere: stylish cafés, art galleries, local boutiques, and cutting-edge technology — after all, it’s the birthplace of Skype.

Día 3 - Noviembre 3th: Tallinn - Helsinki - Rovaniemi

Day 3 - November 4th: Helsinki - Tallin

    Sleep in the heart of a medieval tale

    In Tallin, our home for the night will be a charming hotel, located in the heart of the historic center, surrounded by cobblestone streets, red rooftops, and medieval towers.

    We will be just steps away from the most photogenic squares, the famous viewpoints, and the most historic cafés in Estonia.

    The hotel building preserves the essence of the old town, with architectural details that will transport you back in time, while offering modern comfort.

    A perfect stop to feel the soul of Tallin and enjoy it to the fullest, both during the day and at night, when the city becomes even more magical.

  • In the evening: Tour of the mysteries and legends of Tallin.

Day 4 – November 4th: Rovaniemi

  • Breakfast on board the train
  • Private transfer to the hotel in Santa Claus Village

We’ll stay at Santa Claus Village, right in the heart of the Arctic Circle. After leaving our luggage, we’ll step straight into a world of magic. We’ll cross the official Arctic Circle line, send postcards from Santa’s Post Office, and experience the thrill of meeting Santa Claus himself in his enchanting Christmas village.

Then, we’ll meet the true stars of the North — the reindeer. We’ll enjoy a peaceful sleigh ride through the snowy forest, surrounded by silence and pure magic.

The experience concludes with a visit to Mrs. Claus and her elves, where everyone can leave their Christmas wish list.

At night, we’ll have the chance to witness the Northern Lights right from our cozy accommodation.

 

Day 5 – November 5th: Rovaniemi

Step into the enchanting underground world of SantaPark, voted the top Christmas destination in the world.

Join the merry Elves on a journey through twinkling tunnels, snowy magic and pure joy — with every moment designed to awaken the Christmas spirit in children and adults alike.

We’ll spend the day at a natural reserve home to more than 50 species of Arctic animals. The park offers spacious enclosures surrounded by conifer forests, recreating each species’ natural habitat and allowing visitors to experience Arctic wildlife up close in a respectful environment.

  • Visit to the Arktikum Museum included: an interactive museum where we’ll dive deep into the fascinating history of life in the Arctic — its people, wildlife, and the science and legends behind the Northern Lights.

At night, we’ll once again have the opportunity to witness the Northern Lights from our accommodation.

Day 7 – November 7th: End of the Journey

We say goodbye to the Arctic Circle with our hearts full of stories, wonder, and moments that will stay with us forever.

After breakfast, we’ll head to Rovaniemi Airport for our return journey.

It’s time to go home… although, in some way, a part of us will remain here—among the snow, the reindeer, and the magic of the North.

The best time to enjoy the northern lights is from September to March.

What does Vrn-e Travel Planners handle?

If any service included in the program is not used, it will not be refundable.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Of the total trip cost, 20% is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers administrative expenses, service blocks, and travel management.

Full payment must be completed 45 days before the departure date.

TERMS AND RESTRICTIONS APPLY

A minimum of 10 participants is required for the group trip to be confirmed.

CANCELLATION FEES

  • More than 45 days before departure: 20% of the total trip cost (non-refundable).

  • Within 45 days before departure: the 50% deposit will be non-refundable.

If the participant cancels but finds another person to take their place, only 10% of the total trip cost will be withheld as an administrative fee.
